1. STORE IDENTITY & COMPLIANCE

Q: Who is Euro Football Kit Gallery? Are you an independent store?
We are Euro Football Kit Gallery (official domain: www.footballkitsstore.com), an independent international e-commerce retailer established in 2015. We specialize in tournament-style fan apparel inspired by major global competitions, including the 2026 World Cup, European Championship, UEFA Champions League, and Copa America.
Q: What is your official customer service contact?
For any order inquiries, size help, or customization requests, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We respond to all emails within 24 business hours in 6 supported languages.
Q: Which national team and club collections do you carry?
We offer a vast catalog of tournament kits covering popular national teams such as England, Argentina, France, Spain, Germany, Brazil, Portugal, Mexico, and USA, alongside top European Champions League and domestic club designs.
Q: How are your product editions categorized?
To ensure complete transparency, our products are labeled into three distinct fits: "Stadium Fan Edition" (standard relaxed fit), "Pro Match Edition" (slim athletic cut), and "Vintage Retro Edition" (heavyweight classic weave).

2. SIZING & FIT GUIDE

⚽ Q: What is the difference between Pro Match Edition and Stadium Fan Edition?
Stadium Fan Edition is designed for everyday casual comfort and fits True to Size (Standard EU/US sizing). Pro Match Edition features an athletic slim contour engineered for pitch performance. We strongly advise ordering ONE SIZE LARGER for Pro Match Edition jerseys if you prefer a roomier fit.
Q: How do I choose my size accurately before ordering?
Please consult the detailed Size Guide on our website. We provide precise chest circumference and jersey length measurements in both inches and centimeters for Men's, Women's, and Youth sizes.
Q: What should I do if I am in between two sizes?
If you prefer a relaxed, roomier fit for street style or stadium wear, select the larger size. If you prefer a tight, athletic fit for playing soccer, choose the smaller size.
Q: Do you carry Women's cuts and Youth/Kids kit sets?
Yes! We offer tailored Women's jerseys (Sizes S-XL) with feminine waist contours, as well as complete Kids & Youth Kit Sets containing both jersey and matching shorts (Tag Sizes 16 to 28, covering ages 2 to 13 years / heights 90cm to 165cm).

3. FABRIC QUALITY & CUSTOMIZATION

Q: What fabrics are used in your soccer jerseys?
Our soccer shirts are crafted from high-performance 100% breathable polyester with moisture-wicking technology. Logos and crests feature either high-density embroidery or lightweight thermal transfers designed for active wear.
Q: Do you offer player name and number printing?
Yes! We offer precision heat-pressed name and number customization for star players (e.g., Mbappé #10, Messi #10, Kane #9, Saka #7) as well as fully personalized custom name and number configurations.
Q: How should I wash and care for custom printed jerseys?
To prevent heat-pressed numbers or sleeve badges from peeling, always wash jerseys inside-out in cold water (below 30°C / 86°F). Air drying is required. Do not iron directly over printed areas.
Q: What is the fabric feel of Vintage Retro edition shirts?
Our Vintage Retro Long Sleeve kits feature a slightly heavier woven texture with structured retro collar styling, recreating the classic hand-feel of historical tournament designs.

4. SHIPPING, RATES & TRACKING

🚚 Q: What are your shipping costs? Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We provide FREE Tracked Shipping on all orders over €29. For orders totaling under €29, a low flat shipping rate of €4 is applied automatically during checkout.
Q: Where do you ship and what are the estimated delivery times?
We ship worldwide to major destinations including the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Express delivery typically takes 5–9 business days.
Q: How do I receive my tracking number?
Once your package is handed to the logistics carrier (within 1-3 business days), a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link will be sent to your email address.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change your size, printing options, or shipping address, please contact [email protected] immediately with your order number. Modifications can be made before processing starts.

5. 30-DAY RETURNS, EXCHANGES & GUARANTEES

🔄 Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Guarantee. You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed standard jersey in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your package.
Q: What if I receive a defective, wrong, or damaged item?
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs from your order, please email photos to [email protected] within 7 days. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or issue a refund.
Q: Are customized jerseys with printed names returnable?
Customized jerseys with personalized names/numbers are non-returnable for size preference reasons due to custom creation. However, if there is a printing error or defect on our end, we fully honor a free replacement.
Q: How long does refund processing take?
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our fulfillment hub, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

6. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and secure gateway options. All transactions are billed transparently.

What started in 2015 as a passion project among European football shirt collectors has transformed into a globally recognized storefront supplying shirt enthusiasts across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

Whether you are gearing up for the 2026 World Cup tournament, following the intense competition of the European Championship, or collecting iconic Champions League style classic kits, our curated catalog is designed to bring you matchday-grade apparel with maximum comfort and durability.

⚽ FIT SELECTION GUIDE: PRO MATCH EDITION vs. STADIUM FAN EDITION

To ensure a seamless shopping experience and minimize sizing returns, we categorize our soccer jersey cuts into two distinct editions:

  • Stadium / Supporter Edition (Standard Fit): Tailored for everyday fan comfort with a relaxed contour. Fits True to Size based on standard European/US sizing.
  • Pro Match Edition (Slim Athletic Fit): Engineered with an aerodynamic slim cut and lightweight heat-applied crests for active matchplay. We strongly advise ordering 1 SIZE LARGER than your regular size for optimal fit.
