Returns & Refunds Overview
We accept returns within 90 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return

Package your item: Include the RMA number inside your package and ensure all original packaging and tags are present.

Ship your return: Send the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items

Personalized/customized jerseys: All items with player names, numbers, custom text, or patches are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in original condition.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment processor as it may take additional time for the refund to post. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].
